    Bolka Voice AI – Terms & Conditions

    Welcome to Bolka Voice AI Anywhere ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bolka Voice AI products, services, websites, APIs, and related software and documentation (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

    1. Definitions

    • Service — The AI-based voice conversation platform, its interfaces (web, mobile, link utilities), and all associated functionalities.
    • User Customer / You — Any individual or legal entity using or accessing the Service.
    • User / End User — Any individual who receives the Voice AI Links / Voice Links and starts the conversation with the Voice AI.
    • Account — The credentials and profile used to access the Service.
    • Content — All audio, transcripts, data, files, links, configurations, and other materials created, uploaded or processed through the Service.
    • Customer Content — Any Content you upload, submit, or transmit via the Service.

    2. Acceptance of Terms

    By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, including all incorporated policies. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Bolka Voice AI regarding your use of the Service. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    3. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you access the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

    4. Account Registration & Responsibilities

    To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information;
    • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential;
    • Be responsible for all activity under your account.

    5. Use of the Service

    5.1 License Grant

    Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Bolka Voice AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

    5.2 Restrictions

    You may not:

    • Reverse engineer or modify the Service;
    • Use the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations;
    • Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the Service;
    • Use the Service to transmit harmful code (viruses, malware, etc.);
    • Use the Service to send spam, unauthorized communications, or unlawful content.

    6. User Content

    You retain ownership of your Content. By providing Content through the Service, you grant Bolka Voice AI a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to host, process, store, and use the Content to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

    7. Acceptable Use Policy

    You agree not to use the Service for:

    • Illegal or malicious purposes;
    • Harassment, defamation, hate speech or discrimination;
    • Unauthorized collection of personal information;
    • Disruption of networks or systems; or
    • Any use that violates policy or law.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All Service components (software, designs, technology, documentation) are owned by Bolka Voice AI or its licensors. You receive no right or title to the Service other than the limited license granted above.

    9. Privacy & Security

    Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using the Service, you consent to such practices.

    We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard data but do not guarantee absolute security.

    10. Fees & Payment

    Certain features may require payment. All fees are as specified in your subscription or order form. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

    11. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, illegal activity, or misuse of the Service. Termination will not limit any other rights or remedies we may have under law.

    12. Warranty Disclaimer

    THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOLKA VOICE AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

    13. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOLKA VOICE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE.

    14. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bolka Voice AI and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

    15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India without regard to conflict of laws. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts in the jurisdiction of Mumbai, MH, India.

    16. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a revised version or by direct communication. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
