    Refund Policy – Bolka Voice AI

    This Refund Policy governs all purchases made for Bolka Voice AI services, including subscriptions, usage credits, add-ons, and enterprise plans ("Services"). By purchasing or using Bolka Voice AI, you agree to this Refund Policy.

    1. General Policy

    Bolka Voice AI operates on a usage-based and subscription-based model.

    Due to the nature of real-time AI infrastructure, voice processing, and compute costs:

    • All payments made to Bolka Voice AI are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated in this Policy or required by applicable law.

    2. Subscription Fees

    Subscription fees (monthly, annual, or lifetime plans) are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

    If you cancel your subscription, access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

    No partial refunds are provided for unused time, unused features, or early termination.

    3. Usage Credits & Pay-As-You-Go Charges

    Usage credits (voice minutes, conversation credits, or any prepaid usage units) are non-refundable once purchased.

    Unused credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated in your plan.

    Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

    4. Invite-Only & Early Access Plans

    Invite-only access fees, early access plans, or promotional pricing are final and non-refundable.

    These plans are offered at discounted or special rates and are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

    5. Free Trials & Demos

    Bolka may offer demos or limited trial access at its discretion.

    No refunds apply once a paid plan is activated, even if a trial or demo was previously not available.

    6. Enterprise & Custom Plans

    For enterprise customers:

    • Refund terms, if any, will be governed by the Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Order Form.
    • Unless explicitly stated in writing, enterprise fees are also non-refundable.
    • Infrastructure provisioning, custom deployments, and onboarding costs are strictly non-refundable.

    7. Technical Issues & Service Interruptions

    Temporary service disruptions, performance variations, or feature changes do not qualify for refunds.

    In rare cases of extended, verified service outages directly caused by Bolka, we may offer:

    • Service credits (not cash refunds), applied at our sole discretion.

    8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

    Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Bolka support is considered a violation of this Policy.

    Accounts associated with chargebacks may be suspended or permanently terminated.

    You agree to contact us first to resolve billing concerns.

    9. Exceptions Required by Law

    If local consumer protection laws require a refund, Bolka will comply strictly to the extent required by law and no more.

    10. Changes to This Policy

    We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.

    Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
